By accessing or using Float, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the application or website.

2. Description of Service

Float is a native macOS application providing a borderless Picture-in-Picture web browser. We offer a Free version ("Basic") and a paid "Pro" version that unlocks additional features.

3. License Grant

Free Tier: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Free version of Float for personal or commercial use.

Pro Tier: Upon purchasing a Float Pro license, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the unlocked features of the software on your personal macOS devices. You may not distribute, sublicense, translate, reverse-engineer, or otherwise transfer your license key.

4. Purchases and Refunds

Float Pro is sold as a one-time purchase via our Merchant of Record, Polar.sh. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are unsatisfied with Float Pro for any reason within the first 14 days of purchase, please contact us for a full refund.

5. Intellectual Property

The Float software, including its original code, design, features, and website content, are owned by Float and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

6. Disclaimer of Warranty

Float is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim and negate all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Float or its suppliers be liable for any consequential damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the Float software, even if we have been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
